ECO-TECH INTERCHANGE - DOCUMENTATION
Wednesday 19th - Sunday 23rd February 2003

DOCUMENTATION PROCESS

Participants consent to pooling ideas and information for educational and PR purposes.

The forms of documentation in use are live process writing, event reporting, live recordings video and photographic documentation.

The dissemination form during the project is the Future Physical web site.
The dissemination forms post project include cdrom, presentations/lectures and media PR.

Live process writing
Points raised and articulated by the participants in working groups are documented into flip charts during the process of debate. These flip charts are then typed up, as they appear on the flip charts, as group process notes and posted to the site during the project.. Summaries of this debate content are posted on the site after the project.

Event reporting
Most public presentations within the Future Physical programme are reviewed to give virtual viewers a flavour of the nature and experience of the work. Articles and reports are posted on the site during the project.

Live recordings
A selection of the public presentations are archived as webstreams and/or recordings on the web site during the project with a specific focus on the keynote speeches.

Video documentation
All activities are video recorded to document the live experience. Post project this material is edited into short movie clips for web and cdrom outputs.

Photographic documentation
All participants and activities are photographed and a selection of images are posted on to the site during the project.. Post project the photographs are used for print, media and CDrom outputs.
